Supported Pathways are a small, dedicated, and passionate team based in Ipswich QLD. We provide support coordination, specialist support coordination and social work services. We pride ourselves on our knowledge, values, and passion to provide exceptional services to NDIS Participants and all stakeholders. We are seeking people who will fit in beautifully with our happy team.
NDIS Support Coordinator (SC) – x 2
- Must be willing to work in our Ipswich office – working from home is not an option
- Ideally, this person will have a sound knowledge of the NDIS
- Preferably, this person will have experience working as a Support Coordinator
- Supervision and mentoring will be provided by very experienced team members
- NO overtime or afterhours work required ever
- Permanent, full-time position @ $40 per hour offered AFTER successful completion of a 3-month probation period (casual rates @ $37.50 per hour). Superannuation at 11.5 % on top of hourly rate
- 5 hours work week, offered for permanent full time position
- All team members are initially hired as casual for a 3 month probation period (probation may be reduced or extended depending on demonstrated skills and passion for the job)
- Work vehicle available for all home visits and meetings in the community
We are seeking a person to fit well within our small team environment who can bring creativity and flexibility to the workplace. You must have the following:
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Enthusiastic and motivated to learn new skills
- Positive attitude, and a willingness to adapt and take on new tasks as they arise
- Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR
